西安交通大學國家技術轉移中心始建于1999年6月，是代表西安交通大學從事技術轉移、成果轉化、股權管理、產學研合作的綜合服務機構。2001年轉移中心成為國家經貿委和國家教育部首批認定的全國六家高校“國家技術轉移中心”之一，2021年被國家科技部和教育部納入首批“高校專業化國家技術轉移機構”建設試點。

Xi'an Jiaotong University National Technology Transfer Center, founded in June 1999, serves as a comprehensive service institution on behalf of Xi'an Jiaotong University, engaging in technology transfer, achievement transformation, equity management, and industry-university-research cooperation. In 2001, the Center was recognized as one of the six "National Technology Transfer Centers" among universities by the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Education. In 2021, it was included in the first batch of pilot projects for the construction of "Specialized National Technology Transfer Institutions in Universities" by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education.
